Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to your use of icleducation.com and the Digital BRIDGES Review tool (together, “the site”), operated by ICL Education & Training (“ICL”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Who we are
ICL Education & Training is ICL Education & Training Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15257240, registered office 12 Arncliffe Close, Hindley, Wigan, England, WN2 3LH, led by Clint Godfrey, Ed.D. You can contact us at info@icleducation.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
3. Using this site
You may use this site and its content for your own personal or professional learning and development. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content, including BRIDGES framework materials, without our written permission.
4. The BRIDGES framework and resources
BRIDGES, the BRIDGES framework, and its associated names, colours and materials are the intellectual property of ICL Education & Training. Explore BRIDGES resources are provided free of charge for your own use in designing, delivering and reviewing learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them as your own.
5. Memberships
- Explore BRIDGES is free. No payment details are required, and access may be withdrawn at our discretion if these terms are breached.
- Develop with BRIDGES is a paid membership (£20/month or £200/year) that is being prepared and is not yet open for purchase. Registering your interest does not create a contract or take any payment; it simply lets us notify you when it launches. Full membership terms, including cancellation and refund terms, will be published before Develop opens.
- Embed BRIDGES is a bespoke service for teams and organisations, agreed individually following a conversation with us.
6. Digital BRIDGES Review
Digital BRIDGES Review is provided to Explore and Develop members to support self, peer and learner reflection on a session. You are responsible for the content you and anyone you invite submit through it, and for getting appropriate consent from anyone you invite to give feedback. Please don’t use it to collect information about anyone in a way that could cause them harm or distress, or that breaches their own data protection rights.
7. Session Planner and Span
The Session Planner and Span, our AI coach, are provided to Develop members. Their AI features, including Span’s chat and the Session Planner’s drafting and per-move assistance, are powered by a third-party AI service: what you type is sent to that service to generate a response (see our Privacy Policy for details). Please don’t enter information that could identify a learner, colleague or other third party, or anything else you wouldn’t want processed by that service. AI-generated output is a starting point for your own professional judgement, not a substitute for it, and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
8. No professional advice
Content on this site, including BRIDGES resources and anything generated by Span or the Session Planner’s AI features, is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for tailored professional advice about your specific context. We work to keep it accurate and useful, but make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ICL Education & Training is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
