BRIDGES is for anyone responsible for designing and facilitating learning: educators, lecturers, facilitators, trainers, learning and development professionals, and other professionals who help people learn, across universities, colleges, training providers and organisations. It applies equally to a single session, a module or a complete programme.

No. BRIDGES itself is an evidence-informed framework for developing your professional judgement, not an AI product, a chatbot or a bank of templates. Some tools built around it do use AI to help you apply it, like Explore’s Draft with AI prompt and Develop’s Span and AI-assisted Session Planner, but their job is to help you decide: what good learning looks like, what your learners and context need, and whether it’s actually working. AI can generate options; only you can make that judgement.

If you want to deepen your individual practice, Develop with BRIDGES adds full guidance and resources for each element for £20/month or £200/year. BRIDGES is the framework and toolkit for developing the professional judgement to design, deliver and review learning, so it keeps improving. Delivery & Coaching is different: hands-on associate support, with Clint personally delivering programmes, facilitating workshops, and coaching individuals and teams across management, leadership and professional development.

Both. Clint works directly with organisations, as an associate delivery partner, and alongside consultancies and training providers, often adapting or contextualising existing programme content.

Yes. One-to-one coaching to build confidence, capability and clarity, and coaching for teams and groups where appropriate.
