As a highly qualified and experienced consultant and higher education lecturer, with a Doctorate in Education, Clint has spent 25 years working with a range of and industry professionals and students to unlock their full potential. Clint’s areas of specialism are leadership, management and organisational behaviour and he has a passion for developing people through interactive and engaging learning experiences. This unique blend of academic and real-world experience allows Clint to bring a wealth of insight and understanding to develop individuals and to drive change at a personal and organisational level.

Karen is a highly qualified and experienced management accountant and higher education lecturer, who has spent the last twenty-five years in this field. In addition to her MBA, and membership of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), she has also worked in senior roles for a number of national organisations in both the public and private sector, giving her a distinctive perspective. Karen's extensive experience in both academia and industry has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to effectively mentor industry professionals from a range of sectors.

Abi is an industrious and dedicated individual with a first class degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool. With a passion for organisational psychology, Abi brings a unique blend of theoretical and applied knowledge to our team. Through her own educational journey Abi has developed a keen interest in understanding psychological principles, which she applies to her role within our business. Abi is the recipient of the ULMS Excellence Scholarship for the MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology degree at the University of Liverpool. Her invaluable insights help to shape our work.
