Clint
Clint is the founder of ICL and as a consultant and higher education lecturer with a Doctorate in Education, he spent over 25 years supporting people who lead, teach and coach to improve what they do in practice. His work sits across education and training, leadership development and coaching, helping individuals build confidence, develop practical skills and create real change in the environments they work in. Clint’s approach is interactive and grounded in what works, blending academic insight with real-world delivery to support development at both an individual and organisational level.

Karen
Karen brings over 12 years of experience in higher education alongside a professional background leading management accounting teams. She plays a key role in developing the BRIDGES Framework and contributes to the design and delivery of the Leadership Essentials programme, supporting participants to build confidence, clarity and practical capability. Currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration, her research explores female leadership in management accounting, strengthening the academic insight that underpins her work with leaders, educators and organisations.

Abigail
Abi is an industrious and dedicated member of the team, with a First Class degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool. She supports the development of our Future Coaches and Leadership Essentials programmes, bringing a strong grounding in organisational psychology and a clear interest in how people learn, grow and build confidence in practice. Abi has been awarded the ULMS Excellence Scholarship for the MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Liverpool, and her insight helps shape our approach to supporting young people and emerging coaches.
