Future Coaches forms the entry point of the ICL pathway. It supports young people and emerging coaches to gain qualifications, real experience and the confidence to take their next step. The programme builds progressively from foundational skills and understanding to applied coaching practice, creating a structured starting point for long-term development.

Leadership Essentials forms the foundation of the ICL pathway. It develops self-awareness, confidence and practical leadership skills that prepare participants to lead individuals and teams effectively. The five levels build progressively from leading self and others, to leading teams, organisations and shaping future strategy to creating a complete leadership journey that supports growth at every stage.
BRIDGES Framework
BRIDGES forms the teaching and learning foundation of the ICL pathway. It develops confidence, structure and practical capability for those delivering learning, helping participants plan, deliver and reflect on sessions more effectively. The framework and feedback process work together to strengthen practice over time, creating a clear development route that supports improvement at every stage.
