Our second ILM Level 2 cohort got underway with Unit 2 last week.
The focus of the day was on allocating and monitoring workloads. Lots of interesting dscussions related to the pulbic, private and third sectors. Some interesting debate in relation to performance mangagement. Well done everyone.
